6.1 Certified RNG. 11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk665 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pk665's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Player Responsibility. You accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Losses incurred through legitimate gaming activity, including losing bets and unfavourable game outcomes, do not constitute grounds for a claim against pk665.
12.1 Amendments. pk665 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 13.3 Escalation. 13.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
